When I worry, I am basically indicating that God can't run things sufficiently. That's crazy! If there is no action for me to take in a situation, I have to let it go and trust. Worry leads to sin, always.
I am glad you brought up the effect of what we let into our minds. My pastor says our friends are like elevators, they take us up or down, they never leave us where we are. It doesn't mean we don't love those stuck in worry and negativity, but we keep them out of our core group of friends. Once we realize that we literally become what we think about all day long, we get choosy about what we let in. God is in control, He has a plan, and I want what He wants. Thanks for the reminder!Johnniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01172421110059534206noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5728540.post-7780970956842366852010-07-14T22:12:32.510+08:002010-07-14T22:12:32.510+08:00What an encouraging post. God know my heart and gives me the strength to move from weakness to the place He wants me to be.
Praise God :)
Blessings
Dorothy

PS I have added your sweet award to my blog today.
