- you hum children's songs and nursery rhymes, or sing them while you're in the shower
- you find yourself imitating your child's cute expressions and then you smile at the memory
- you plan your child's outfit with matching hat and socks in your mind when getting ready to go out and you just throw on the first thing you see in your closet
- your child puts teeth marks on your stuff and it's OK
- feeding bottles and toys are the centerpieces on your tables
