Saw this from fellow BC Blogger Aileen's iHeart Good Health blog and thought to share it here. The data could be a little overwhelming but it would be helpful to keep this information in mind when on a journey towards a healthy lifestyle. I feel sad that I don't exercise and moderate my food intake nowadays. I should change this, even after I have had this sedentary lifestyle for a while now. I have to start good habits and stop procrastinating. Are you with me?
