TABASCO® and the Family

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TABASCO® Original Red. All opinions are 100% mine.

My husband is a great fan of TABASCO® Original Red. Our cupboard always has one. He uses it almost everywhere. He mixes it with vinegar where he could dip barbecued meat and crunchy puffed pork skin. He adds a few drops to sauces of viands for a twist. Mixing it with ketchup for omelets and luncheon meat during breakfast is good for him, too. I am not a big fan of spicy or hot food, but I do mix it with home-made burgers for a little spark. In a bowl, I combine:

Ground beef

Chopped onions

Soy sauce

Freshly ground pepper

Ketchup,

and TABASCO® Original Red,

And then, I form them into balls and flatten them to make patties. I brush the electric griller with butter and cook the patties there. It’s a simple recipe but brings yumminess to the dining table because TABASCO® Original Red is so much more than hot. Some pepper sauces are just hot without any exceptional flavor that enhances the natural goodness of home-cooked dishes, but not TABASCO® Original Red.

I think it is great to add a few drops into salsa for dipping nachos in while watching games like Football on TV. The TABASCO® website has a Game-Day Party Menu so you won't run out of ideas. Of course, pizza is a great Game-Day party food and TABASCO® Original Red brings out the smoky flavors of the sausages, pepperoni and meat. TABASCO® has Pizza Perfected with these ideal serving tips.

When family members are not busy, watching a game on TV or even a movie from the projector while munching on delicious pizza with TABASCO® Original Red would make for great bonding time.
