TABASCO® and the Family

My husband is a great fan of TABASCO® Original Red. Our cupboard always has one. He uses it almost everywhere. He mixes it with vinegar where he could dip barbecued meat and crunchy puffed pork skin. Ground beef

Chopped onions

Soy sauce

Freshly ground pepper

Ketchup,

And then, I form them into balls and flatten them to make patties. I brush the electric griller with butter and cook the patties there. It’s a simple recipe but brings yumminess to the dining table because TABASCO® Original Red is so much more than hot. Some pepper sauces are just hot without any exceptional flavor that enhances the natural goodness of home-cooked dishes, but not TABASCO® Original Red.
